This section of the form is for TABLE REGISTRATION
What You Can Expect at the Expo:
• At least 20 organizations on-site
• “Booth” space includes a 6 ‘ table and two chairs
• Electricity available on a limited basis
• Vendors are invited to provide giveaways (optional)
• Recognition in JCC event publicity
• Organizations tabling at the Expo will be highlighted in our program
• Female vendors will be invited to join the attendees and sit at roundtables throughout the Expo. There will be 15 minute breaks throughout the program for attendees to visit vendor tables.
• Please chose which session you would like to table at. (career minded session or the women entrepreneur session). If you have enough staff to set up a table in both sessions, please let me know.

Guidelines
1. Space is limited and applications will be processed on a first-come/first-serve basis. Deadline for receiving applications is Monday, January 6, 2026
2. Booth Space includes one table and 2 chairs. It is the organizations responsibility to bring tablecloths, signage, banners, business cards, and any other items needed for the Expo. Wifi is available on-site.
3. Booths can be set up between 11:00am – 1:00pm on Sunday, January 25. All booths must be ready when the Expo opens at 1pm. and will remain open until fair ends at 4:00 p.m. Parking is available in our Parking Lot.
4. The Expo is free and attendees are required to register before the event. We are expecting 100 women to attend. Walk ins will be allowed in as space allows it.
5. Please note, the goal of this expo is to offer women a chance to prepare for a new career/business or grow in their current career/ business. We hope to provide solutions to overcome any barriers they may be facing and give them opportunities to meet with potential employers that hopefully result in successful outcomes for both the businesses represented and the Job Seekers.
6. Your partnership in helping us spread the word by adding a line to your current job advertisements, newsletters, website, social media, etc. is also requested.
