Please use the form below to register your child for our School Age Summer Programming. If you are receiving this form, your child has been selected to participate in our School Age Summer Programming.

Summer Registration Fee

We have a $50/child registration fee, that goes towards you child's own water bottle, mesh bag for swim gear, and t-shirt for field trips. It also holds your child's spot for the summer programming.
Summer School Age Tuition

Tuition for children who have not attended Kindergarten but will attend in the fall: $270/week. (New Contracted Rates as of 6/1/24) Tuition for children who already attend Elementary School: $200/week. TOTAL FEES with transportation and movies its about an additional $35/mo for fees, these fees are added at the beginning of each month (June-August) to your Brightwheel account.
TRANSPORTATION

ABC123 Provides Transportation to and from all our activities using MAT BUS. FEE FOR TRANSPORTATION IS $5/week.
By Signing below, I authorize ABC123 Child Enrichment Center to take my child on field trips and transport them on the MAT BUS or Walking.

Fargo Theater

The Fargo theater does "KID FLICKS" in the summer months that are $5-6/child. We bring them down to the theater to watch a movie and they get popcorn and lemonade with their movie. This fee is charged monthly and is paid on the first of each month for that month as an "activity charge" in your child's Brightwheel account. (About $20/month)
Summer Field Trip Information

Please note it is subject to change based on MAT BUS routes and theater times that are not yet available.

Child needs to bring each week: (PLEASE LABEL FIRST AND LAST NAME!)
- Good Walking Shoes (Tennis Shoes or sandles with straps)
- 1 complete set of extra clothes to change into after pool days.
- Sunscreen (If you do not use ours. We use Banana Boat SPF 50)
Center Provides:
- Water Bottle with Label
- T-Shirt
- Snacks at the park
- Sunscreen (Banana Boat SPF 50, water proof)
BUS RULES:
- No yelling, screaming or talking loud
- No standing, all children must be seating while the bus is moving
- NO FOOD OR DRINK ON BUS

Summer Scheduling

We are only taking FULL TIME students this summer, no part time. Please note that if you are not here in time to catch the bus, you must drop your child off at the park they are at. We plan to be back by 4pm daily. You can pick up at the park or wait and pick up at the center. You will be notified when they leave and are returning via the Brightwheel app each day.
