"Hairstylist Social Media Video Marketing Consent Form

I, hereby give my consent to Amber Rose Styles to use my image, voice, and likeness in marketing videos and pictures that will be posted on the salon's social media platforms.

I understand that the video will be used to promote the Stylists services and may be shared on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media sites. I also understand that the video may be used in other marketing materials such as brochures or websites.

I am aware that my image, voice, and likeness may be edited or altered in the final video and that the video may be used indefinitely by the salon.

I confirm that I am the person depicted in the video and that I have not been compensated for my participation in the video.
