Please read through carefully before agreeing to conditions.
• The client agrees that the artist may take photos or video for promotion and advertising on all social media platforms for business purposes.
• Smoking is not permitted within the makeup application area during the time of service.
• Pets are not permitted in the makeup working area during time or services for cleanliness and safety of environment.
Deposit, cancellations and late fees:
Sometimes life happens, however please ensure your bridal party reads over the itinerary for the smoothest day possible!
Early start fess for brides are as follows:
$75 7am, $150 6am, $200 5am
Early start everyone else:
$50 7am, $100 6am, $150 5am, and increases by $50 increments
• To secure your wedding date and reserve services, an automatic non- refundable booking deposit of 50% of all services is required upon the day of booking. This retainer guarantees your date and covers all pre- wedding correspondence. the retainer is non- refundable under any circumstances including changes to the event date, ,reductions in services, or full cancellation. This is due to the customized nature of bridal services and the significant time commitment involved in reserving your date.
If the event is cancelled or postponed the following applies:
- More than 60 days prior to the event: No further payment is required, but the retainer is forfeited.
- 30-60 Days prior to the event : The retainer is forfeited, and 25% of the remaining balance is due.
- Less than 30 days prior: The full remaining balance is still required, as this has been fully reserved for you.
- Same week cancellations or no show: 100% the total invoice is due.
Transfer of services:
If a member of the bridal party is removed after the booking, the client may choose to transfer the value of the cancelled service(s) cost toward upgrades (eg. lashes, facials, massage, or makeup for another guest), if notice is given 30+ days in advance.
*A final headcount is due 30 days prior to your event. Any reductions after this point are non- refundable*.
* Where parking charges or valet may be incurred the bridal party will be responsible for the amount and will be included in the remaining balance.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The MUA is responsible to keep a clean and sanitary work environment and recognizes every tool, makeup product and brush is to be cleaned and disinfected prior to and in between makeup applications.
The recipients recognize that due to any unforeseen illness the artist will not be held responsible for any transferable illness within the artist's knowledge.
All products used are hypoallergenic. Please advise of any allergies or sensitivities at the time of the appointment.
If necessary, a sample of products will be tested on the skin to test for reactions.
Client agrees to release makeup artist “JBeLove Makeup”- Jenna Brogaard from liability of any skincare reactions or unbeknownst illnesses transferred in the space.
If there is any reason the makeup artist is unable to attend the service appointment of the event, the client will be reimbursed for any monetary amount up to that point and the artist will be responsible for finding a capable makeup artist with equal ability.
