All payments and deposits are Non-Refundable.

Cancellation Policy: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Participants may cancel registration up to 60 days prior to the event and 50% of fees paid may be transferred to another Collective Event or select services offered by the Collective or its sister company Speak Love over Fear LLC (up to one calendar year or next valid event, whichever comes first). In instances of COVID-19 illness or other similarly contagious communicable illness, the 60-day time limit may be waived. Non-refundable and 50% transfer policy will still be in effect. Participants are encouraged to consult with their insurance agent for travel insurance/trip cancellation insurance to ensure adequate coverage.
