Job Description of DM Appointment Setter (High Ticket)

For our coaching business Consistent Scaling & Performance, we are looking for an DM Appointment Setter to become part of our team.

We help agency owners hit 100k+ p/m while cutting their time in operations in half...

... by making their team, processes, and their own execution more efficient.

Mission

- Generate 40-60 NEW qualified appointments per month

- 10-15 per week

- Number of new conversations started: min 100

Responsibilities

- Sending Selfie Video Outreach messages on Social Media

- DM setting through email, text & social media (Linkedin, Facebook, FB Group Funnel, Instagram - inbound and outbound)

- DM setting & managing of positive replies in our Email Outbound Inbox

- Triaging: Do initial qualification and triage calls as needed

- Track leads in our CRM

- Sales Meetings

- Do comprehensive end-of-day reports (EODs) and track your data.

Requirements - Who are we looking for?

- At least 3 months of active setting on a DM setting offer (appointment setting through the DMs in the high ticket space)

- You are good with sending Video Selfie Outreach messages

- You’re looking for a long-term HOME in a position, not a quick cash grab from one offer to the next.

- Understand the high ticket space & possibly have had a coaching business or agency themselves in past (*not needed, but bonus if so*)

- You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English.

- You are hungry, proactive, and driven to hit your targets
