Returning Clients for Day Training

Dog Latin Dog Training will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, I recognize that Dog Latin Dog Training is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dog Latin Dog Training  and Kenwood Animal Hospital of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, damages or loss caused by the actions of my dog or occurring to my dog while under Dog Latin Dog Training instruction or control and under my own care as a result of following training instructions. I have been told by Dog Latin Dog Training and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others. Payment Policy: Payment for training sessions is due at the time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: We appreciate cancellation notice as far in advance as possible. To avoid being charged, a 24-hour notice is required.

I understand that the payment below is solely for training services provided by Dog Latin Dog Training and Behavior Consulting. Reservations and payment for boarding services must be made through Kenwood Animal Hospital. Kenwood Animal Hospital sets all requirements for pet health and vaccinations required in its facility.

Dog Latin Dog Training or Kenwood Animal Hospital may occasionally shoot photograhs or video of dogs during training sessions for social media postimgs. Those issues will not be used for commercial advertising, and only the dog's name will be used. Clients will not be identified in those posts.

Information collected is used solely to assess the training needs of your dog. The information provided above will also be available to Kenwood Animal Hospital. Dog Latin Dog Training does not otherwise share, nor does it sell, client information.
