  • PICK-UP / ORDER DETAILS

  • Reserve a ham, lamb and pork cuts ($25 non-refundable deposit per item) and pre-pay for charcuter boards, cookies & wine/cider for pick-up Wed, April 5 through Sat, April 8. Store hours 10am to 7pm. 

     

    All orders must be placed online, with a non-refundable $25.00 deposit per meat item. Any wine/cider pre-ordered will be paid for in full when you place your order. When you pick up your order, the final amount due for the ham/lamb will be calcualted based on actual weight of product(s) and the deposit deducted from that total.

     

    All meat items will be vacuum sealed and will store just fine in your refrigerator in the sealed package that it's received in until Easter.

    BONE IN HAM

    Ideal for traditional family gatherings and for making soup with the leftover ham and ham bone. Smaller (7 to 9#) and larger (10 to 12#) available.

  • BONELESS HAM (approx 6#)

    The boneless hams are 100% usable with no trim. These are perfect for small parties and to slice for deli trays. They are the same as our deli lunchmeat, just not sliced. 

  • LAMB

    $25 deposit per item. Seasoned with rosemary, thyme, fennel, salt, pepper, lemon zest
