Please complete the registration form below to enter your team in any Leave It On The Mat (L.I.O.T.M.) Competition.

Please be advised that all Leave It On The Mat events may be professionally filmed, in part or in their entirety, for episodes and promotional content connected to our reality show, currently streaming on TUBI.

By attending and/or participating in a L.I.O.T.M. competition, teams, coaches, athletes, parents, spectators, and other attendees should be aware that they may be recorded, photographed, showcased, or featured in an episode of the reality show or related promotional content.

Participation in any L.I.O.T.M. event will require the completion of an additional Media, Filming & Appearance Release Waiver. Required waivers must be signed before participation or attendance as applicable.

Please make sure your team members, athletes, parents/guardians, coaches, and accompanying guests are aware of the filming notice before arriving at the event.

Once we receive your L.I.O.T.M. Interest Form, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your interest and provide additional information about the upcoming event (s), including important competition details, requirements, deadlines, and next steps.

After your team has been confirmed, we will send you the official RegChamp registration link, where you can complete your team’s registration and secure your spot in the competition (s).

Please note: Submitting the interest form does not officially register your team for the event. Your registration is only complete once you have received the RegChamp link and successfully completed the official registration process.
