2023 IL ABLE Casting Call Application

Thank you for your interest in being an actor/model for IL ABLE!

For consideration, please submit this application and provide an optional photo of the actor/model by April 7, 2023. Only applications received by April 7, 2023, will be considered.

Please note:

Not every applicant will be selected to participate.
If selected, participants may appear in future promotional ads for IL ABLE, on the IL ABLE website, in IL ABLE brochures, and on social media channels.
Selected participants will be notified via email or by phone.
Each participant or his/her/their legal guardian will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to participation.
Selected participants are responsible for providing their own transportation to/from location and for bringing a support person, if needed.
Selected actor/models who complete participation in the video and photo shoot will receive a $300 stipend as a thank you.
