After you do the online registration, you will get an Apollo registration confirmation directly from the Apollo Condo Association of the registration form you made.

1. Fill out the condo association registration
2. Forward the registration confirmation email to rentals@mymarcorental.com
3. Fill out and complete this document your Horizons Rentals Renter Reservation Agreement
Your reservation automatically converts to unconditional status after you do these 3 things.
Required: CondominiumAssociation Parking Fee
Pay at Check In.
Apollo Condominium Association charges a parking fee per vehicle, currently $45, along with a refundable deposit,currently $75. Apollo may change amounts without notice. Their fees are not part of this reservation.
Occupancy Limit/# of people:
Apollo limits 4 people in a one bedroom, and 7 people in a three bedroom - including children & babies.
Check In Time & Process:
Check in time is 4 pm
Earlier check in, if available, requires a prepaid fee and a confirmation number.
Check in process. Pick up keys OFF SITE at Horizons Rentals office 661 South Collier Blvd, Marco.
Then go to Apollo at 900 SouthCollier Blvd, pay parking fee, pay parking fee, and go to room.
Turtle Season: May 1 to November 1
Local and condominium association rules require no unit lights visible on beach between sunset and sunrise. Use blinds and drapes. You are responsible for any violation fines.
Cancellation:
You may cancel 60 days before arrival with full refund, less a $100 fee
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival and we rebook the unit, you may get back some or all money. Online booking channel cancellation policies vary. See the booking platform for their cancellation policy.
Maintenance:
We will fix items that need attention quickly (subject to vendor and parts availability). Things occasionally break or stop working. We provide no refunds for unexpected breakdowns.
Construction:
New construction, unit or Association work and renovation may affect noise levels at your property. We have no advance knowledge of builder's schedules. We provide NO refunds for nearby construction.
General Terms and Conditions ofyour rental reservation:
VACATION RENTALS DIFFER FROM HOTELS. IMPORTANT: Better value-more for the money! We rent individually owned homes and condominiums as agents for property owners; we own no properties. You must pay in full prior to arrival. We encourage you to have travel insurance to recover your prepaid rent should your travel plans change. We offer no 24 hour cancel policies. Relocation to another property may be unavailable and/or require additional rent & fee if you dislike the one you rented. You pick up keys at our office at 661 South Collier Blvd (in most cases) and then check in at the property. We offer 24 hour key pick up - after hours via a lockbox. Your property will be clean on arrival. We do not supply paper goods, toiletries, cleaning supplies or daily maid service, nor do we have 24 hour maintenance available. We reserve a right of access for showing the property during your stay (with further advance notice to you) Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am and noon for prospective buyers; you may not refuse access. Your reservation is specifically conditioned on this right of access.
MONEY:
ADVANCE DEPOSIT. 25% due at booking, by debit/credit card, 10 days if paying by check. Payment of any amount is acceptance of all terms & conditions here.
RESERVATION BALANCE DUE: 60 days before arrival. This reservation is permission to charge yourcredit/debit card for the balance when due.
Condominium Association applications & fees are due when balance paid.
PEACE OF MIND DAMAGE WAIVER FEEOR REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Most reservations offer a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver at a minimal fee. The damage waiver fee covers you against reported accidental damage to the property and contents up to $1000. This does NOT cover willful, unreported damage, or negligent activities resulting in damage. You can opt out of damage waiver by posting a security deposit.
For some homes and condominiums were quire a Refundable Security Deposit. The amount varies by property and stay length. Some condominium Associations require separate security deposits. You authorize us to deduct any excessive cleaning, utility overages, damage,repairs, lost keys or access devices, fines or other unusual expense arising from your stay at the property. We return security deposits via check approximately 14 days after your departure.
TRIP INTERRUPTION/VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE: We recommend and offer optional vacation rental insurance at a nominal fee. This reimburses your reservation cost for specific reasons. Illness, injury, and other unanticipated reasons can interrupt or cancel your trip. For further details, you may ask us or RedSky Insurance Plan CodeLTP0041 00 06 13 Available to all renters. UTILITIES: Are included. Some homes have utility surcharges set by owners for excess consumption. Refer to your property description for applicability. If applicable, utility overages will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your card. We provide a copy of utility bills for overage charges upon request.
SERVICES & ACCOMMODATIONS:
INTERNET: Units have wifi internet. Internet issues may occur for many reasons from ISP/provider issues to equipment failures. Some are under our control; we generally correct those within 24 hours. There is no rent adjustment for internet issues. Your phone also gets internet via your cellular carrier.
TELEVISIONS: Some TVs are smart TV’s; some are not. Some homes have one TV, others have multiple. Some have cable, some are steaming TVs only. Owners each decide how many and what TV service they have.
CLEANING: We will clean the unit before you arrive and after you leave. You should maintain the premises during your stay including laundry. Leave only the last days laundry at checkout. We charge your clean fee with reservation on basis of Excess laundry will be charged to your credit card and or security deposit. Interim cleans are available at a nominal expense.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME: Your rental rights begin at 4 pm on your arrival day. Your rental agreement ends at 10 am on your check out day.
FURNISHINGS: All units are individually owned and decorated. Online photos present the property interior. Most units have beach chairs, some do not. Neither agent nor owner shall be responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment, nor relocating guest. Style, quality, extent, color schemes and age of furnishings vary by individual owner’s taste and budget.
PETS: We love pets too AND ONLY AT our Pet Friendly Homes! Additional pet charge and addendum apply.Violations are grounds for immediate termination of your rental with No Refund and additional charges to you. Service or emotional support animals may require verification or documentation by us, an owner, and/ or a condo association.
LOCKOUT: Each guest has 2 sets of keys. If you lock yourself out of your unit after our office hours or on weekends, we charge a minimum $25 for lockouts that require a staff trip to office or your premises for keys. We charge replacement cost and a handling fee for lost keys and access devices.
OTHER CONTRACTUAL ITEMS:
OCCUPANCY: All rental properties have a maximum occupancy limit which counts adults, children and infants. Exceeding maximum occupancy will result in significant additional rent up to removal from the premises and forfeiture of monies paid.
MARCO CITY FINES: Particularly for single family homes, Noise, Vehicles, Parking and other activities can result in Marco City fines. You are responsible for and agree topay any fines arising from your occupancy.
RIGHT OF ACCESS DURING RENTAL: Agent, owner and/or their assignees reserve and retain a right of access to the rental premises during your occupancy for purposes of repairs, inspections, and showings. Some rentals are for sale or may be for sale during your stay. YOU MAY NOT REFUSE SHOWINGS during Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to noon. If you do, we reserve the right to charge you penalties or terminate your rental. You do not need to be present for showings though you are welcome.
NO SMOKING. No inside smoking at any of our properties. Some condominium Associations prohibit smoking anywhere on the grounds and balconies.
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE: Notify our office immediately when you find an item, appliance or A/C that needs repair or maintenance. We will happily correct the problem as soon as practical during normal business hours. We make no refunds, offsets or deductions however for items that malfunction. Other than “normal wear and tear”, you are responsible for damage to the property and its contents. At condos, Associations’ have responsibility for amenities outside the unit & are responsible for these conditions, repairs and maintenance.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: Agent and owner of rental unit shall not be liable for any damage or injury to any guest, their invitees or their personal property. Guest agrees to personally indemnify owner and agent for damages of any kind which occur during guest's occupancy, including but not limited to those beyond the damage waiver limit to the condo or home grounds, furnishings, equipment, and household items therein, excluding normal wear and tear. Guest agrees to hold agent and owner harmless against any claims for damage or injury of any kind, including Guests’ failure to timely vacate premises.
COMPARABLE ACCOMMODATIONS OR REFUND: From time to time owners or circumstances remove units from our rental management and/or control. We reserve the right, at our sole choice, to either substitute comparable accommodations for the same period without liability for breach of contract, or provide a full refund which will operate as a mutual release from this rental agreement.
NON DISTURBANCE. All renters agree on behalf of themselves,their family, guests and invitees not to disturb the quiet enjoyment of neighbors, and acknowledge responsibility for any fine or damage incurred as a result of such disturbance.
CONDO RULES: You must agree to register with the condominium office on check in at the property. Guests must abide by all condominium rules, copies of which you may get on arrival from us or the condo manager. Some condos require an application, additional security deposits and/orparking fees. Condos do not allow boat trailers, RVs, motorcycles, motorhomes, commercial vehicles, etc. Some prohibit smoking on site.
LOCKOFF’S: Owners may elect to have closets, rooms, garages locked for their personal belongings. Such areas are not included in the rental premises.
CONSTRUCTION: There are no rebates or discounts given forconstruction occurring near or adjacent to Premises. New homes construction and condominium unit renovations or Association work occur regularly in our area. We have no control over this work and often no advance notice.
FLORIDA STATUTE CHAPTER 509. Florida Statute Chapter 509 regulates this agreement; NOT Chapter 83 Florida Landlord Tenant Act.
