Here at The Brickhouse Gym and Get Fit with Nikki, we strive to uphold a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. As such, we expect proper, respectful conduct on the premises at all times.
-We do not permit disrespectful conduct towards other members, guests, or anyone else in or near the premises. This includes but is not limited to vulgar, profane, indecent, offensive, violent, hostile, aggressive, threatening, harassing, stalking, fraudulent, or other inappropriate conduct or language.
-No tobacco, smokeless or otherwise, on the premises.
-No illegal drugs on the premises.
-No one under the age of 19 years old unless accompanied by a legal guardian/parent.
-Use gym equipment at your own risk. Failure to use gym equipment properly could result in injury. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur through misuse or improper use of gym equipment.
-We are not responsible for missing, stolen, or broken personal property. Leave valuables at home, in your car, or locked in a locker.
-No food allowed on the gym floor.
-No animals allowed within the gym, unless it is a service animal.
Membership Policy:
-Only paying members are allowed inside the gym doors. Any member caught allowing a non-member access to the gym facility will immediately have their gym membership revoked. You key card will be deactivated immediately.
-Non-payment of gym membership will disable access to the gym facility.
Dress Code:
-No outside shoes are allowed on the gym floor. Bring clean shoes to change into.
-Shoes must be worn at all times on the gym floor.
-No nips or cheeks showing. This goes for both male and female members. If you’re unsure if your attire is appropriate or not, feel free to ask.
Gym Lockers:
-Gym lockers can be rented. $5 per locker every 4 weeks. One time use of the lockers are free.
-You may use your own lock on the lockers. If members cancel or lose membership benefits, they will have 10 days to remove their locker contents and lock. Beyond that, The Brickhouse Gym reserves the right to cut the lock and remove the contents.
Cameras/Photos/Selfies/Videos:
-If you are filming your workouts or training sessions, please be courteous of other gym members. Any tripods, phones, or cameras must be out of the way of other members.
-Do not film or photograph anyone else without their permission.
-Using photos or videos to degrade, make fun of, or embarrass any other gym member will result in immediate termination of your membership. This type of behavior will not be tolerated!
Gym Equipment:
-If you are unsure how to use any equipment, please ask for assistance.
-Please use weight pins and collars for your safety and others.
-Do not lean weights or bars up against anything, as they could fall and cause an injury.
-Put all weights and other equipment back where you got it from.
-Wipe down all equipment, weights, bands, benches, pulley attachments, and anything else you used during your time in the gym.
-No dropping, throwing, or slamming of weights.
*Every gym member is an adult and should behave as such. Take the time at the end of your workout or training to clean up. Anyone caught not doing any of the above, may lose their membership.
Spotting:
-We recommend any member lifting heavy weights, to choose a lifting partner.
If you do not have a partner and need a spot, feel free to set up a scheduled time with Nikki Merrill or ask a willing gym member to assist you.
Private Training Rooms:
-There are 2 private training rooms. Any member wanting to use one of the rooms must schedule time on the app to do so.
-If using the private gym room, only use the space for your allotted time. Be courteous of all gym members and clean up after yourself, including wiping down all equipment and putting back where it belongs.
Key Card:
Should you lose or damage your key access card, a $5.00 fee will be charged for a replacement.
Emergency:
In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.
In case of fire or alarm, always use caution and safely leave the building.
Any activity or exercise resulting in pain, faintness, dizziness, or shortness of breath should be stopped immediately.

I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that incur while attending, exercising, or participating in any activity at The Brickhouse Gym and with Get Fit with Nikki. I understand the risk of injury associated with participating and using the gym facility. I hereby waive all claims against The Brickhouse Gym, Get Fit with Nikki, it’s instructor/trainer, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that I might incur.
