DETAILED TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION & LEAVE NO TRACE/FIRE SAFETY PLAN:
Tell us about your dimensions, (total footprint including all supporting infrastructure/guylines), materials, function, construction, and anything that may help us understand your plans. Describe any steps being taken before, during, or after the event to ensure that the site is left better than you found it. Effigy & Temple submissions must submit fire safety, onsite transportation, and clean up in their LNT plan. Please ensure compliance with Mosaic policies as listed in the FAQs.
TIMELINE:
Please provide approximate dates for all major milestones, construction phases, purchases, stages of completion, etc.
TRANSPORTATION & WEATHER PLAN:
How are you getting your project to the event? Personal transportation costs are ineligible, but added costs for project transportation may be submitted for grant consideration. Mosaic weather can be unpredictable. What steps are you taking to protect your project from the rain, mud, and wind? How will you get your project from your car to the placement site if you can't drive on the mud?
