Use this form to sign up for 2023 SHP Beach Volleyball Summer Camps at Northside Community Center. One form per junior camper; those with multiple campers will need to fill out multiple forms. Each camp has camper limits, you will receive an email confirmation when our sign ups are finalized.

SHP Beach Camps, $165.00 per camp

Camp runs Friday 3:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm.

Please print and sign a release form for each camper attending. Forms must be turned into the Club Director before the first day of camp.
Please Venmo @shpbeach (found under businesses) to finalize your camp registration. If you do not have venmo, cash, or a check made out to SHP Beach will also be accepted. Please contact Devan at (850)841-0642 with any questions.
