TATTOO REQUEST FORM

Please use the following form to submit your tattoo idea! My style focuses on mainly focuses on Neo Traditional & Glitter Realism (colourful, bold and bright)

 I do not take portraits, reworks or cover-ups. I do not work on ribs.

Pricing:

Pricing is given at a flat rate and will range based on design, placement and time. The deposit will be a minimum of $50. Please only inquire if able to make a deposit right away.

Cancellations

Cancelations/rescheduled appointments will lose your deposit if notice is given in less then 48hrs. You can only reschedule once. If you reschedule a second time you will be required to make a new deposit. Being over 10 minutes late for your appointment may require the need to reschedule at the artists discretion. If so, you will lose your deposit, and will require a new one to book.

A tattoo submission does not mean your idea will be chosen. Please keep an eye on your junk mail and send me a text if you haven't heard back! :)

Anyone under the age of 18 without parental content and signature.

Pregnant or nursing
Undergoing Chemotherapy
Prone to keloid scarring

Once the tattoo design is completed and sent to you for approval, changes won't be made afterwards as my time is precious and I work after hours to design and create stencils.
