A step-by-step of the King Gubby New Product Program:

1) You submit this form. We will review and see if we can design something for you.

2) We will reach out and let you know if we can or cannot design the product you are asking for. If we can, we will get any additional pictures and measurements of the machine from you. Keep in mind, we may need to reach out a few times to get measurements before we have our first version.

3) Then you will buy the beta product like a normal purchase (later refunded). This payment & refund procedure ensures that we don't send out a product and never hear back, which has happened many times in the past :)

4) You will review and stress test the product, documenting the installation process and send all feedback, images, and videos to King Gubby. We will make any necessary adjustments and send new version(s)/part(s) out to you (at no additional cost).

5) Once we get confirmation that it all works and is finalized, we will initiate a refund of your money.

A step-by-step of the King Gubby Beta Program:

1) You have already purchased and received your King Gubby Beta Product. You have also set it up and run it on your machine for 2 hours (minimum).

2) You will fill out this form to the best of your abilities with detailed descriptions of how the product is functioning or not functioning on the machine.

3) We will evaluate the feedback and ask if we need any other measurements or pictures.

4) We will make any necessary adjustments and send new version(s)/part(s) out to you (at no additional cost). You will repeat step 1 and 2 for the new updated parts.

5) Once we get confirmation that it all works and is finalized, we will initiate a refund of your money.
