We are currently accepting vendors for the following events: Community Unites Against Violence 5K Run/Walk Location: Nancy Lewis Park Time: August 22, 2026 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Join us for a family-friendly community event focused on raising awareness around violence while bringing people together through wellness, resources, and fun. Domestic Violence Conference (2-Day Event) Location: Pikes Peak United Way Family Success Center Date: October 15–16, 2026.

Be part of a meaningful conference centered on education, awareness, healing, and empowerment for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. Whether you’re a small business, service provider, or community organization, we welcome you to apply and be part of these impactful moments.

Vendor Fees:

Nonprofit/Informational Vendors: Free

For-Profit/Selling Vendors: $50.

Kingdom Builder's Family Life Center - Event Guidelines and Terms and Conditions

 By participating in Kingdom Builder's Family Life Center events, all participants, including vendors, performers, and attendees, agree to abide by the guidelines and terms outlined in this document. All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and inclusively. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Vendors are responsible for bringing their tables, chairs, and setup materials. As per our vendor contract, those donating 10% of their sales to our organization are expected to make the donation payment by the end of the event.
Vendors must adhere to all event rules and guidelines. All vendor fees are non-refundable. Payment must be received by the specified deadline to secure participation. The event schedule will be communicated in advance, including performance timings and vendor setup times. Participants are expected to arrive promptly at designated times. Participants are responsible for their health and safety during the event.  Any injuries or emergencies must be reported immediately to event organizers. By participating, attendees and participants grant permission to use photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes. Participants affirm that their performances and materials are their original work and have the right to perform and display such works. In unforeseen circumstances, Kingdom Builder's Family Life Center reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. Efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduled dates. Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and inclusive environment.  Violating the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund. Kingdom Builder's Family Life Center reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at anytime. Participants will be notified of any changes.
