Classes may be divided, combined or deleted at the discretion of the Selection Committee.  Awards will be given to the top three cars in each class.   All entries are eligible to compete for Best of Show and Special Awards.  Additional awards may be provided.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Entry requests must be approved by the Entries Committee, which reserves the right to reject vehicles that do not meet the classifications or standards of this Concours. Applications must be completed online with hard copy color photos and a check must be received via USPS by August 28, 2023. Entries received after this date may be accepted in accordance with space available and at the discretion of the committee. The committee reserves the right to limit class sizes and change or combine classes. A confirmation of acceptance will be emailed by September 11, 2023. An information packet will be mailed a week prior to the Concours. All vehicles must be driven on to the field, trailers are not allowed on the field. Please remember no pets, no tents, pop-ups and no "For Sale" or commercial signage will be allowed. The event will be held rain or shine. Exhibitors must be with their vehicle during judging. Per SCCA ruling, specific cars will be in Concours as display only and will not be eligible for SCCA judging and awards but will be eligible for Special Awards or Best of Class Award. All vehicles must remain on Concours Green until Best of Show is announced.

ALL VEHICLES MUST CARRY A FIRE EXTINGUISHER.

Entry Fee Schedule:
    •    Concours d’Elegance: $100.00 for Entries submitted by August 28, 2023 ~ $150.00 after August 28, 2023.

    •    The Entry Fee includes two tickets to the Niello Concours at Serrano, Concours Program, Entrants’ Gift, Continental Breakfast, The Entrant's Pavillon

Some ideas to keep in mind: What is especially interesting about your model of car? How many were produced? What was innovative about it at the time it was introduced? What is significant about your specific vehicle? How did you acquire it? Restoration history? What special or unique features does it offer? An amusing anecdote?

We want our spectators to learn about the history and significance of the invited cars. Please provide information that we may use for an article in the event program, listing a few details, or stories, about your car that will be of interest to others.

The eighteenth annual Niello Concours at Serrano will be held at the Visitor's Center in the prestigious community of Serrano in El Dorado Hills, California. On the green, lakeside, this location makes for a fabulous day for the invited automobiles. We invite you to submit your motor car for consideration, multiple entries are allowed. This years event promises to be as spectacular as ever.
