Thank You for your interest in volunteering to participate in the EDS Roundtable and Retreat on July 15 & 16, 2023 in Arcata, CA

For your safety, a health screening questionnaire and follow-up conversation with the instructor will be required to grant permission to attend the treatment portion of the workshop. You must be at least 18 years old and medically stable to participate.

Please fill out the Sign-Up Sheet below. Further information will be sent via email along with a health intake form. Don't forget to check your spam and trash folders for emails.
