Terms and Conditions

MINI SESSION FEE: The mini session fee includes 15 minutes of the photographer's time and talent at the location of photographer's choice, and editing of your final images. Full payment of the session fee is due at the time of booking and guarantees your appointment time. Please submit the session fee payment along with these forms as soon as possible to secure your appointment time. Session fees are non-refundable.*

LOCATION: Location of mini sessions will be determined by the photographer.*

PAYMENT: Brittani Schultze Photography shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that the client cancels the contract (session) for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Brittani Schultze Photography in order to offset its loss of business.*

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the session from meeting the photographer's artistic standards she may elect to reschedule. RAIN DATE WILL BE THE DATE AFTER unless weather doesn't permit.*

FAILURE TO PERFORM: If the photographer cannot perform due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled. If a reschedule cannot be obtained client will get a gift certificate to use for a future session. The photographer will have no further liability to the contract. This limitation on liability also applies in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer.*

Mini Session Details

Thank you for participating in Brittani Schultze Photography’s spring mini sessions! This is an outline on what you can expect at your session!

During Your session
-You will receive 15 minutes of photography time.

After Your Session
-You will be able to view your photos within 3 weeks at the link emailed to you by BSP.

-After your session, you will have two weeks from your session date to inform me which photo you will like to choose. If I do not have your choice by this time you will forfeit your photos.

-If you wish to order extra prints or digital files you may do so. All orders must be made within one month of your session. At this time your gallery will close and if you wish to reopen your gallery there will be a $20 fee. Payment for any print orders must be paid in advance.
