The undersigned represents and warrants that the information provided is true and complete and that Freightos may consider it as continuing to be true and correct until a written notice of change is given to Freightos by the undersigned.

Freightos is authorized to make all inquiries it deems necessary including but not limited to runnig sanctioned lists checks and pulling consumer credit reports on any owners or principals of the company in order to verify the accuracy of the statements made herein to determine if FreightosPay is appropriate for your business.

Applicant agrees by submitting this Application to Freightos and agrees to all Freightos policies found at www.freightos.com.
