The Programs & Projects Manager is responsible for planning and implementing all of the Foundation's programs and projects, including fundraising campaigns, grants programs, law student programs, and special events, as well as general administration and management, assisting in accomplishing the organization’s overall fundraising goals. Salary Range: $47,000-$62,000, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 2-4 years of prior project management and supervisory experience. Background and proven success in fundraising, nonprofits, sponsorships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with donor databases and fundraising platforms is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of Bloomerang or similar CRM system; high level of computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and other programs.
- Experience planning and managing fundraisers and other special events.
- Experience writing articles, newsletters, annual reports, web content and other marketing materials.
- Familiarity with foundations and other community resources and programs.
- Financial management skills; understanding of the budget planning process.
- Proven ability to work with and motivate volunteers.
- Possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and time management skills.
