-Please note SPACE IS LIMITED
-The Vendor agrees to be present on the dates and times stated in this agreement.
-The Vendor agrees to provide all necessary equipment and supplies to display and sell merchandise. (including but not limited to tables, tents, lighting, etc.)
-All handmade materials must be suitable for a family environment.
-Vendor will clean designated area at the end of the event and abide by guidelines.
-Tables should be no longer than 6 feet
-Tents are strongly recommended, tents should be no larger than 10'x10'
-Warm white Battery powered lights are strongly recommended as decoration for your booth, as the sun sets
-Craft food vendors are welcome provided the items are packaged for sale as gifts and not for immediate consumption.
-Artists your work must be all self-made
-Small Businesses cannot apply as an Artist if you are selling merchandise that is not self made by you and/or is being outsourced from another party.
-Organizations/Businesses may not solicit or accept donations of any kind.
-All handout material must be suitable for a family environment.
-Booth is to educate the public about your mission and/or involvement in and support of our community, artists to sell approved artwork, businesses to sell approved merchandise.
-Your submission does not guarantee a spot in the Sonidos del Summer at Marine Park. Greater North Main Street reserves the right to refuse applicants.
-Payment is due, within one week of receiving your acceptance letter. Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
-THERE ARE NO REFUNDS
