• Marine Park Summer Concert Series: Vendor Application

    Please complete the form to participate as a Vendor for the Marine Park Concert Series, Saturdays May 6th, June 3rd and July 1st. Forms that are not completly filled will not be accepted. Deadline to submit is Friday, April 21, 2023 by 11:59 PM /// Por favor, rellene el formulario para participar como Vendedor para la Serie de Conciertos del Parque Marino, los sábados 6 de mayo, 3 de junio y 1 de julio. Los formularios que no estén completamente rellenados no serán aceptados. La fecha límite de entrega es el viernes 21 de abril de 2023 antes de las 23:59.
  • Location, Date and Time of Event:

    Location: Marine Park 303 NW 20th Street, FTW, 76164 Dates and Times: Saturdays May 6th, June 3rd and July 1st, 2023 from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM SET UP: 3:30 PM-4:30 PM MUST BE FINISHED BY 4:30 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS BREAKDOWN 9:00 PM-10:00 PM, please pick up after yourself
  • Should inclement weather occur, we will be in touch with the rain date. 

  • TERMS, CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES:

  • -Please note SPACE IS LIMITED

    -The Vendor agrees to be present on the dates and times stated in this agreement.

    -The Vendor agrees to provide all necessary equipment and supplies to display and sell merchandise. (including but not limited to tables, tents, lighting, etc.)

    -All handmade materials must be suitable for a family environment.

    -Vendor will clean designated area at the end of the event and abide by guidelines.

    -Tables should be no longer than 6 feet

    -Tents are strongly recommended, tents should be no larger than 10'x10'

    -Warm white Battery powered lights are strongly recommended as decoration for your booth, as the sun sets

    -Craft food vendors are welcome provided the items are packaged for sale as gifts and not for immediate consumption.

    -Artists your work must be all self-made

    -Small Businesses cannot apply as an Artist if you are selling merchandise that is not self made by you and/or is being outsourced from another party.

    -Organizations/Businesses may not solicit or accept donations of any kind.

    -All handout material must be suitable for a family environment.

    -Booth is to educate the public about your mission and/or involvement in and support of our community, artists to sell approved artwork, businesses to sell approved merchandise.

    -Your submission does not guarantee a spot in the Sonidos del Summer at Marine Park. Greater North Main Street reserves the right to refuse applicants.

    -Payment is due, within one week of receiving your acceptance letter.  Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.

    -THERE ARE NO REFUNDS
