MINI GOLF & GAMES AT THE LIBRARY!

Dear Library Supporter,

We are pleased to announce plans for "Mini Golf and Games at the Library!" - a series of FUN activities inside and outside of the Holyoke Public Library on Saturday, April 29:
- Mini Golf in the Library, for all ages (under 5 free), 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, 18 holes of miniature golf inside the building!
- Games outside in Library Park, 10:30 am - 3pm, featuring Human Foosball with teams of 6 competing for bragging rights and prizes. There may also be other outdoor activities for all ages.
- Lucky Ticket auction with a range of donated prizes and services.
Since 2016, "Mini Golf in the Library!" has been a significant fundraiser for our Library. This event also includes games OUTSIDE the library, especially Human Foosball! The event is now called "Mini Golf and Games at the Library!"

Proceeds will be used to augment programming especially Summer Reading and other Literacy programs, and to expand Library STEM programming in both the Children's and Teen rooms. These funds can help provide workshops that engage kids in coding, robotics, and technology.

Our goal for this event is $10,000 via sponsorships, ticket sales, and auction proceeds.

HOLE SPONSORS and EVENT SPONSORS are needed at various levels (see the accompanying "Sponsorship Options and Commitment Form" for details As a sponsor, you will be publicly thanked on social media, and will have your logo included on the printed scorecards given to each team.

We reach out to local schools to encourage students and their families to come play mini golf. Sponsorship includes recognition on signs and publicity for this event.

GET IN THE GAME! SPONSOR OUR OUTDOOR HUMAN-SIZED FOOSBALL TOURNAMENT
Sponsoring our Foosball tournament allows for your signage and promotional materials to be prominently displayed at our foosball tournament in the library park and recognition on signs and publicity.

Have a fun idea for another game or activity? Sponsoring an outdoor event allows for your signage and promotional materials to be displayed outside of the library in a high traffic location and recognition on signs and publicity.
