    Event Sponsorship Packages

  • Businesses looking for creative and engaging ways to make a difference in the lives of Colorado Springs community members are invited to partner with KBFLC (Kingdom Builders Family Life Center) to create a powerful, community impact. Sponsors are invited to participate in our signature events which provide critical funding for KBFLC programs: events in 2024 include our awareness event focusing on our Race Against Violence event and our 2-day Domestic violence conference. Also, for the first time in 2024, sponsors are invited to partner with KBFLC to provide community education events that raise awareness about domestic violence and promote healthy relationships.

     

    Your sponsorship supports the one in four women and their children and 1 in 9 men in
    Colorado Springs who will experience domestic violence. Your support allows KBFLC
    to:
    • Operate the ONLY safe housing domestic violence program that is not a shelter in Colorado
    Springs
    • Keep the 24-hour Help Line staffed and running year-round.
    • Provide family-focused programming to children from violent homes.
    • Run the KBFLC Community Services and Advocacy Programs
    • Staff weekly Support Groups
    • Provide food, vital documents, transportation and prescriptions and other medical

    • Reach more people through community education, outreach, and prevention efforts.
    • Continue to support the leading provider of domestic violence intervention and
    prevention services in Colorado Springs

    • Race Against Violence Community Sponsor $5,000  

    • Benefits of sponsoring Race Against Violence at the community level include the following:

      • Your organization will be provided with two 10x10 booth spaces
      • Your organization will receive up to ten social media posts, be allowed co-host privileges on our Facebook event page, and tagged in all related social media posts.
      • Your organization will be listed on our website including your logo, link, and description.
      • Your organization will be listed on all marketing materials, included in our June newsletter, as well as on our t-shirts.
      • Your organization will have a live mention throughout the event
      • Your organization will be allowed to use up to two banners at our event.
      • Your organization will be our press release and other interviews as well as our post event newsletter.

      Your organization will be listed on our website with your logo and link. 
      Your organization will be listed on all marketing materials, included in our June newsletter, as well as on our t-shirts.

      Your organization will be mentioned three times throughout the event. 
      Your organization will be allowed to use up to one banner at our event.

    • Leadership Sponsorship: - The prestigious title of "Official Leadership Sponsor" for the conference. includes prominent branding in all event materials, including banners, programs, and online platforms.
      • Exclusive Workshop or Session Sponsorship: -The opportunity to exclusively sponsor a specific workshop or
      session during the conference. This ensures visibility and association with a particular topic or theme.
      • Branded Merchandise: - Create and distribute conference merchandise with sponsor's logo prominently displayed.

      Please give the approximate value of your hosting, food or other in-kind donation amount.  

    • For sponsors promised logo recognition, the logo submission deadline is July 1, 203. If a logo is not submitted by the deadline, KBFLC will print the sponsor's name on all materials. Please submit a high-quality PNG or JPG image and a JPG or EPS file format (with all text converted to curves) to ensure your logo appears correctly on all KBFLC materials.
