IMPORTANT INFORMATION

NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE $75 DEPOSIT required to retain appointment. Deposit will go towards your service.

Salon Etiquette:
- Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, and no later than 15 minutes after your reserved time. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and invoice of full service will be due. Please refer to cancellation + late policy upon booking.
- Have your hair washed 1-2 days prior to your appointment.
- NO guests allowed
Refund Policy:

There will be no refunds on any hair services or deposits. If there is an issue with your color or service please notify us within 7 days of service and we will gladly assist. After 7 days full prices will be charged for any adjustments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you choose to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the total of service(s) booked and your deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellations/reschedules under 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of service booked
- NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged 100% of service missed, forfeit deposit, and will not be able to book any future appointments.
