Nexion keeps 10% of LUXE Worldwide's Commission and Service Fees to process payments, provide support, marketing. Travel Leaders Network Consortium membership is included through Nexion Travel Group Affiliation.

LUXE pays commissions on the 1st of the month as suppliers disburse. All service fees incur a 4% credit card processing fee.

LUXE Worldwide Travel incurs a $99 GDS setup fee and pays $39 per month per Agent for access to one GDS of choice. This includes ticketing fullfilment and support with some air ticketing fees. Our ticketing department is open 7 days a week. Fees apply for group air tickets and ticketing violations.

To cover the cost of your new business, LUXE Worldwide Travel uses PayPal subscription to invoice you monthly which covers your travel agency hosting fees under LUXE Worldwide Travel. Once you complete your IC application we will schedule your LUXE on boarding orientation to become more familiar with LUXE, our tools and our affiliation with Nexion and Travel Leaders.

Whether you are experienced or new to travel, your business monthly fees through LUXE should be covered from your plan to go / agency fees earned through your bookings.

We can order your business cards and add you to LUXE website once we begin.  If you want to sell under your own agency name then we can customize everything with your own registered DBA name.  Should you desire your own website, logo creation, brand launch etc these are additional services provided by our sister division - DS3 Global Strategies, so you will be invoiced separately for any of those items. 

LUXE Worldwide Travel charges our ICs a monthly hosting subscription of $84/mo. Unlike other host agencies, we have no setup/signup fee. Your subscription includes:-

Kindly note MoneyMaker's Mindset Trainings take place on 1st & 3rd Tuesday evenings from 7pm-9pm EST. Please ensure you are available. Monthly in-depth trainings take place on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of each month from 9am-12noon EST. Our in-person Inner Circle Experience is set for July 23-26, 2026 in Miami, FL. Plan to arrive no later than 9am on Tuesday July 23rd to Miami and depart on Monday July 29th.
