  • This is the Official Vendor Signup of the 2023 Palisade Peach Festival. Please Read the Below Agreement. By completing this application you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following rules. 


    RULES & REGULATIONS APPLICATION INFORMATION

    Please read through all the items listed below carefully.

    The Palisade Peach Festival is held outside, and exhibitors are encouraged to be prepared for inclement weather with shade, uv protection, adequate hydration, appropriate rain covers, tie-downs and weights. Temperatures exceeding 100 degrees F, wind gusts, and rain are highly possible during this festival. There is no rain date, and no refunds given in the event of inclement weather. 

    Booth space – allotment and placement: I understand that The 2023 Palisade Peach Festival holds a 55 year tradition and WILL BE a “Juried Festival”. Space is limited. Jurors will give priority to vendors who provide goods and services that celebrate the tradition of the peach harvest and support the mission of The Festival. I understand If I am not accepted, my fees will be returned to me in full. I may request a specific location, however the space I request cannot be guaranteed and last year’s space will not be automatically granted and may not be available. All assigned vendor spaces are final and cannot be changed. WE WILL NOT SWITCH VENDORS AROUND!

    All sales items – pre-approval: I understand that I may only sell items that have been pre-approved by the Palisade Chamber of Commerce and if not, my booth may be shut down, vendor booth space fee will NOT be refunded, and I may lose the privilege of participating in future Palisade Chamber of Commerce sponsored events. Festival organizers reserve the right to refuse a vendor who arrives at the festival site with an unattractive or oversized display not meeting the requirements set forth in the application. 

    Electrical access: I understand that electricity is limited. I only get ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET that cannot be used unless paid for prior to the event. I understand that even though I have paid for electricity it is on a first come, first served basis. I understand that I am responsible for providing my own HEAVY DUTY electrical cord of at least 100 ft.

    Sales tax – State of Colorado: I understand that I am responsible for paying all applicable taxes to the State of Colorado and that the Palisade Chamber of Commerce will provide the State of Colorado with a list of all vendors registered to participate in Peach Festival 2022.

    I will have my Special Event Sales Tax license with me at the festival.

    Booth Information: I understand that decorating my booth is encouraged and that my decorations, shade awnings, “guy wires,” and trailer tongues may only extend no more than one (1) foot beyond my assigned space.

    Booth set up is Friday, August 18th beginning at 7:30 AM and should be completed by 10:30 AM. I understand I am allowed 30 minutes of unloading time. Personal vehicles are not permitted in the booth area during event hours. Vendors must park all vehicles, including tow vehicles, in available parking areas. Failure to check in by 10:00 AM on Friday may result in loss of booth space unless prior notice with staff has been cleared. PLEASE BE AWARE OF TRAFFIC CONDITIONS AND ARRIVE ON TIME. Tear-down prior to 8 PM on Saturday, August 19th is prohibited. There will be no electricity or security after 8pm on Saturday. You are encouraged to vacate the park Saturday evenining. You must be vacated by 10 AM on Sunday, August 20th. No exceptions. The Palisade Chamber of Commerce is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Exhibitors must leave their space in the same condition in which they received it, free of trash or other debris.

    The Palisade Peach Festival provides a 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' booth space (1 foot spacing around the tent is allotted). Electrical boxes capable of 4- 20-amp voltage are provided for a fee. One electrical spot is given on a first come, first served basis. Vendor is responsible for the tent, signs, equipment, tables, chairs, electric cords, booth lighting and pigtails as well as tent weigh-downs, etc. No tent staking is allowed. If vendors use more electricity than requested, fees will be collected immediately.

    Vendors must provide their own garbage cans (30-gal. or more). The Town of Palisade reserves the right to assess clean-up fees and fines. No grease or greywater is to be poured onto the ground. Anyone found doing this will be asked to leave the event and deposit will be forfeited. A greywater disposal tank will be available at the venue. Water will be available on the venue via in-ground water spigots and must be self-contained in vendor set-up. You will need to have your own hand washing station. Please bring appropriate hoses, hose connections, and transport buckets.

    DO NOT LEAVE BEHIND OILS OR GREASE. DO NOT DISPOSE OF GREYWATER. YOU WILL LOSE DEPOSIT.

    Photo Release: I agree to waive any/all rights to any photos or images taken of me and my booth during the 2023 Peach Festival. I understand that the Palisade Chamber of Commerce may use these photos for promotional purposes.

    Wristbands: I understand I will receive up to 5 vendor wrist bands. These are not festival passes and are only to be used at times when individuals are working at a booth. Additional wristbands will be available for purchase at full festival rates.

    Alcohol, tobacco products or paraphernalia, and laser lights: I understand that under no circumstances are the following items to be sold by me at the 2023 Palisade Peach Festival: alcohol, tobacco products or paraphernalia, or laser lights. 

    Refunds: I understand that I will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, for canceling before June 13, 2023, and after that date there will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Insurance: Vendors must carry their own liability insurance policy to cover their booth, product, rented space and staff.

     

    RESTRICTION’S:

    • No weapons of any kind are allowed in the park.
    • Smoking is not allowed at the park.
    • Pets are not allowed in the park during the festival.  
    • Alcohol sales are prohibited beyond restricted area.
    • Outside alcohol is not permitted.
    • Subleasing of booths is not permitted.
    • No overnight camping or sleeping in vehicles in the park. 
    • Your booth must be setup prior to start time.  Booths not setup prior to festival start will forfeit their spot.  No late setups or arrivals and no early breakdowns or late departures.

     With completion of this application I hereby apply for booth rental at the 2023 Palisade Peach Festival. I have read this application in its entirety and understand all provisions. I understand and comply with the conditions set forth and agree to the rules and regulations of the 2023 Palisade Peach Festival and the codes and laws of the Town of Palisade. I understand I will be immediately removed from the Peach Festival without a refund if I violate any rules or regulations. I release and hold harmless the Palisade Chamber of Commerce, the 2023 Palisade Peach Festival, the Town of Palisade and associated entities from all liability including, but not limited to, theft, personal injury, death to persons, or damage to property resulting from acts or omissions by any vendor, its agents or employees, and natural disaster. I understand that this application does not guarantee a space at the Festival and that my money will be refunded if not selected. I understand that acceptance to the festival does not guarantee minimum sales.

  • Payment: Full payment and a deposit in the amount of $150 is required with the application. If checks are returned for insufficient funds a $50 administration fee will be applied and we have the right to refuse the vendor. Bounced checks will automatically disqualify your booth.

    Refund Policy: A $50 office fee will be charged for any cancellations made after payment has been received. No refunds will be made after June 3, 2022.

I understand and comply with the conditions set forth and agree to the rules and regulations of the 2023 Palisade Peach Festival and the codes and laws of the Town of Palisade. I understand I will be immediately removed from the Peach Festival without a refund if I violate any rules or regulations. I release and hold harmless the Palisade Chamber of Commerce, the 2023 Palisade Peach Festival Committee, the Town of Palisade and associated entities from all liability including, but not limited to, theft, personal injury, death to persons, or damage to property resulting from acts or omissions by any vendor, its agents or employees, and natural disaster. I understand that this application does not guarantee a space at the festival and that my money will be deposited once approved. I understand that acceptance to the festival does not guarantee me sales.
