To address the finacial accessibility of pole and burlesque classes Bottoms Up has set up a scholarship program aimed towards financially disadvantaged and/or First Nations current or prospective students.
In 2024 Bottoms Up has two scholarships available; the Kristy McGregor Financial Hardship Scholarship and a First Nations Scholarship. Both scholarships completely cover the term fees for the term of enrolment. We offer one Financial Hardship and one First Nations scholarship per term.
The Kristy McGregor Scholarship is open to all applicants. The First Nations Scholarship is open to First Nations people only. Please apply only once per term. You either need to be experiencing financial hardship OR Identify as a First Nations person. If you meet either (or both) of this criteria, you’ll need to fill out the application form below. Our Scholarships run each term, and we have a strict window in which you can apply. This is so that we have time to assess the applications, and allow enough time prior to the term starting for the successful applicants to book their class.
Important Dates:
Term 1: Apply by 10th January 2025.
Term 2: TBC
Term 3: TBC
