  • Photo Submission

    1.) A color high-resolution 8.5x11 photo of at least 300 pixels per square inch (PPI) for the magazine's front cover. Please provide PNG or JPG files when submitting your photo, as they are the most compatible. Your image must be at least from the waist up. Please do not submit any heavily filtered or cropped photos; the resolution will not be of high quality. When choosing a photo, make sure it's a professional business photo. Please NO SELFIES or black and white photos. Keep in mind this publication will be distributed worldwide. We will not be able to change your cover photo once submitted.

    Things to think about when choosing your front cover photo:
    · The theme of the magazine
    · What type of photo will receive the most attention
    · What photo will represent you and your business best

    2.) When you submit your photo for your inside cover, please follow the same guidelines as your front cover photo.

  • Article Submission

    1.) Please submit a 300 words (max) article with your contact information. Please write your article in the first person. Anything over 300 words will be emailed back for you to revise; we will NOT rewrite your article. ONLY the information you submit will be proofread. Our team will only check for consistency, grammar, syntax, and sentence structures. There will be ONE revision. Once our team has edited your article, the revised version will be emailed to you; you have 12 hours to send it back once you receive the email. If we have not received the edited version back within the allotted time, we will assume that you were okay with the current edits, and your article will be submitted for formatting. Once submitted for design, NO changes can be made.

    2.) Please reference one website or link when submitting your contact information. Do not hyperlink. (If you do not include your contact information inside your article, we will not add it.) Please make sure that readers have a way to contact you.

    3.) Articles must be submitted in a word .DOC or .DOCX format 

     

     

    You want your content to be engaging and informative, but you also want it to be clear and concise. Here are some key points when writing your article:

    - Make sure you include a topic for your article

    - Make sure your article is written in 3rd person (not "1st")

    - Consider your target audience (who will be reading this?)

    - Tell us about yourself, who you are, what you do, and your brand. Make the reader curious enough that they want to keep reading to find out more about you!

    - What's the story behind why you started your business? What was your objective when starting this business?

    - How is your business impacting people/communities/ecosystems/etc., or how can someone incorporate it into their life or business?

    - What are the products and/or services you offer
