I wish to enter the above Sail Training Course and agree to be bound by the Club rules whilst I am a Temporary Member of the Club for the duration of the course. By this entry, I hereby indemnify the National Yacht Club, its Trustees, Officers, Members, Staff, Servants and Agents in respect of all claims and demands of whatever nature made upon them in connection with or however, arising from the participation or intended participation in this course and acknowledge that the National Yacht Club, its Trustees, Officers, Members, Staff, Servants and Agents accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss or damage to property which I or any person may sustain, by reason of, the participation or intended participation in the course, or however arising in connection with this course.
