Prize draw terms and conditions
1. Free prize draw.
2. By entering this prize draw, you agree that your details, including your email address, may be used to keep you informed about associated Plan for Profit promotions, products and news.
3. The prize draw will close on Monday 31st July 2023.
4. All fields within the online form are mandatory and must be completed to enter the prize draw.
5. All entries received after the competition closing date will not be eligible to win.
6. This prize promotion is open to customers of Unitas members only who are residents of England, Wales or Scotland only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, employees of Unitas Wholesale member wholesalers, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
7. The prize for each winner is a voucher to the value of £150 to be spent at the winner’s local Unitas Wholesale member depot only.
8. At the end of the prize draw, one winner will be selected from each participating Unitas Wholesale Member depot.

10. Winners will be selected at random, the decision will be made under independent supervision and the decision is final. United Wholesale Ltd, their agents or suppliers will not enter any correspondence.
11. Winners will be contacted via email. Winners must reply within 14 days of being notified. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, their prize will be forfeited, and the promoter will select another winner.
12. The winner agrees to the use of their name and photograph in any relevant publicity material.
13. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives to the prize in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants.
15. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the promotion (including altering prizes) due to circumstances outside their control. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, (with the value being determined by an independent third party appointed by the Promoter) in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of any change to the prize.
16. Unitas Wholesale Ltd complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may need to share your details with your local Unitas Wholesale member depot, however this will only be in relation to the prize draw.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for third party acts or omissions.
18. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
