PBS KVIE reserves the right to refuse art at any time during the art auction process.

Due to FCC restrictions for on-air fundraising, revenue cannot be shared. Selected works are complete donations to PBS KVIE by the artist or private donor. If, for any reason the donated work is not auctioned, it will be retained by PBS KVIE and used for other charitable purposes. PBS KVIE takes all reasonable care in handling works of art; however, will not be held responsible for loss or damage. PBS KVIE reserves the right to photographically and electronically document any artwork accepted in the auction for use in catalogs, publications, publicity materials or for purposes deemed necessary to PBS KVIE Art Auction operations.

Awards Juried artist's name and town may be released to the media.
