    Thank you for choosing Craftedby_DeeDee for your beauty experience! Before booking kindly read through the policies. Our goal is to provide you an experience service from the heart.

  • COVID-19 Disclaimer

    To ensure the safety of all parties, service provided will be guided under the recommendation of the state and the CDC. This will included the following:
    • At this time, masks will be optional. Subject to change under the CDC updated guidance
    • Kindly wash your hands prior to service upon arrival
    • If you are not feeling well, please reach out immediately so that we can reschedule our appointment. Where avoidable, please do not reach out the day of your appointment 
    • Please do not bring any additional guests to your appointment
    • There will be no penalization to your appointment and/or deposit if you become ill and reschedule (deposit will roll over ONLY if you reschedule)
    • If your COVID pre-screening responses have changed under the 24 hour policy or feel sick or are still recovering please do not come reschedule. You will be turned away if you show. 

  • Service Policies

    1. Booksy "No-Show" protection. When you book your appointment, you will be asked to reserve your appointment with a $20 deposit* that will be deducted from the final cost of your service. If you are unable to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour window, you will be charged for the remaining amount of the service(s) booked.
    2. Life happens, if you need to cancel and are unable to reschedule, please provide 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a "No-Show" protection charge. In failing to communicate, you have blocked the opportunity for another client to book and a loss of time for your service provider.
    3. Once your appointment has been accepted (you will receive a confirmation text/email) you will be held to the 24-hour cancellation policy
    4. Clients must be 16 years or older to receive service
    5. All appointments will include a 15-minute grace period, in case you are running late. Any lateness beyond this, your appointment is considered canceled and you will be charged the "No-Show" protection fee. If you rebook, you will not be charged
    6. Please note, depending on the service it can take 2+ hours, plan accordingly. Please provide any inspiration design you have ahead of time to ensure your appointment can accommodate this request :) 
    7. All new clients must come with BARE nails for proper assessment and recommendation of care. Please do not RIP off applied enhancements, soaking is best. If your nails are damaged we will reschedule for when your nails are healthy
    8. You agree to your hands being photographed or recorded for social media profile purposes only (time permitting)
    9. There is a 72-hour service protection that includes a no-fee nail correction. Any nail correction outside of this will be charged as a nail fix, per finger. 
    10. If you are interested in at-home services, (we come to you) please direct message @craftedby_deedee on Instagram for additional details. There will be a travel fee of $35 added to the service that is separate from the deposit fee.
