Policies and Waivers for 2022-23 Season: PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING No Refunds. Payments must be made in full prior to attending first class. One-time trial class fee is $25. Returned checks subject to $35 fee. No class participation until payment is confirmed. Helmets are required for skaters ages 6 and under. Spectators must remain seated in the bleachers. No standing at glass or blocking doorways. We reserve the right to combine groups if class registration is low.
Waiver 1: I acknowledge the risks inherent in participating in ice skating lessons which could result in property loss or serious injury to myself and/or my child. I hereby assume all risks in participating in these lessons on my behalf and behalf of my child. In consideration of my submission of this form to participate in the Learn to Skate USA Program, I hereby waive any possible claim against Beaver County Figure Skating Club, its employees and volunteers, for any injuries sustained by myself or my child while participating in these lessons. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Beaver County Figure Skating Club and its employees and volunteers from any and all liabilities and claims which may arise in connection with my or my child’s participation in the Learn to Skate Program.
Waiver 2: I hereby authorize Beaver County Figure Skating Club to use, reproduce, and/or publish materials/ photographs and/or video that my pertain to me-including my name, image, likeness and/or voice without compensation. I understand that this material may be used in various circumstances such as the BCFSC bulletin board, BSFSC Website/FaceBook pages, or for other endeavors for positive club promotion. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my specific recission of this authorization.
