  • Availability Notice

    KP positions fill very quickly each year because they are limited by week. Applying early increases the likelihood your group will secure the week you want. Once a week is full, we cannot guarantee placement.

     

    • KP will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • KP workers must be 15 years or older. 
    • The person serving will be the recipient of the scholarship. 
    • There is a $25 registration fee per student following approval. 
    • Churches sending KP workers should arrange a cabin leader for their KP workers, who will also help in the dining hall throughout the week. Since KP workers are high school students, the cabin leader must be an adult, age 21 or older unless otherwise approved by the ISM office with a senior pastor recommendation. 
    • Churches providing KP cabin leaders will be selected over those who cannot.
    • Each week of Kids Camp we will allow for 15 KP workers.
    • Each week of Teen Camp we will allow for 10 KP workers.
    • KP Scholarships will be applied to the campers' profiles after they have completed their service week.

  • Important Note: This expression of interest is not a confirmation of placement but rather a collection of potential candidates. We will promptly inform you of the selection outcome for the KP Director position at the earliest convenience. If chosen as KP Director, your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising both KP Leaders and Students during your designated week of service.

  • By signing below I understand and agree to the following:

    • Completing this form does not guarantee scholarship awards for my students. I will await confirmation from ISM before informing my students of their acceptance.
    • If scholarship positions are granted, I will ensure each awarded student completes their KP Student Registration in Campwise at least six weeks before the camp week they are assigned to work.
    • I will submit all student names who will work KP by April 15, 2026, unless otherwise instructed.
    • I am aware that if a student withdraws from their assignment or if I am unable to provide names for all requested positions by the deadline, ISM reserves the right to award the position to a student on the waitlist.
