Key things to think about in your application:
Display – how will your artwork be best displayed on the site? Hanging from a tree, freestanding or mounted on a board perhaps?
Practicality – think about materials / size and durability – the piece needs to survive a weekend long outdoor festival with varying weather.
Installation – if successful, you will be allocated a date prior to the festival to attend site and install your artwork. Think about how and what will be needed to safely install your artwork.
There will be access to ladders and assistance with cherry pickers/telehandlers available if required.
Please note: You can upload in any of the following file formats: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif. Files must be less than 10MB.

All applications submitted by the deadline of 11.59pm on June 15th, 2023 will receive a confirmation email that their application has been received upon submission. All applications received prior to this deadline will be reviewed and notified 29th of June, 2023 if their application will be proceeding to the next stage via a phone call with the Creative Team, or if their application has been unsuccessful this year. Those selected applicants will be notified and invited for a follow-up call from the Electric Picnic Creative team to talk through their proposal in more detail, with final results of both successful and unsuccessful applications being sent by no later than one week following their phone call.
