Silent Appointment: Please don't hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you're anxious, tired, mentally drained etc. and just want to avoid conversation and have some quiet time. There will be no judgment, there never is. Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option. We are a safe place. Your mental health matters.
Did we miss anything?
DEPOSIT POLICY: We require a $100 non-refundable deposit due time of booking for ALL colour services. A deposit of $50 will be due for non-chemical services. Your deposit will be put towards your final total. Please book with intention. Your time is as valuable as ours.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Please reach out directly to your stylist. Failure to do so will forfeit deposit. In the event of a no-show without notice, you will be required to pay 100% of the cost of your next service upfront before booking with any Studio 2:24 artist.
PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT + LIABILITY WAIVER: By signing, you grant Studio 2:24 x GBLENDS permission to use photos/videos taken during your appointment for marketing purposes. Additionally, you release Studio 2:24 x GBLENDS + team from liability for any injury or damage to your hair, personal belongings, or clothing during your visit.
