If you wish to participate in our Easter celebration with the donation of an “Easter Bloom,” please complete and submit this form by Tuesday, March 28^th.

We will be decorating our Sanctuary with live plants, and your dedication details will be included in our online Easter bulletin and service.

Each donation of $15.00 will be used to purchase the plant of your choosing.
