APPLICATION FOR OUT OF DISTRICT TRANSFER STUDENT
Parent(s) and student(s) requesting transfer shall complete the application and submit it to the Office of the Superintendent prior to August 1. Student(s) must be enrolled on the official count day of the Indiana Department of Education.
A request for transfer shall be valid for only one (1) school year. A school corporation may grant a transfer request for only one (1) school year. Parent(s) seeking transfer for a subsequent school year must submit a new transfer application prior to August 1 of each school year. Any requests for a specific elementary school will be subject to approval based on enrollment numbers.
