    Thank you for your interest in joining our summer kitchen crew. Our season varies year to year, but we are open May thru Labor Day on Saturdays, Sundays & holidays, 8am-5pm. Starting Memorial Day weekend, we will start opening Fridays, 5-9pm, while The Tikihut hosts Bingo and live bands downstairs. We work Thursday afternoon or Friday morning to prep the burgers, cut vegetables, set up line, clean deck, stock restrooms, etc. We open and hour or so before to pre open and 1-1.5 hours after for cleanup.
