Event dates are not booked until a non-refundable deposit has been recieved. The remaining amount is due one week beofore the event date unless otherwisw agreed in writing.
If the total amount is $300 or less, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Items for your event should be placed as early as possible. To ensure we recieve the items we need to make you event a sucess, the latest date to book your event is three weeks before the event date. It will give us enough time to place an order for any additional items if needed. Events that are book less then 14 days before the event, depending on the service, will be subject to a $50 rush fee. Once your deposit is received, your event is booked! That time slot is reserved for you and supplies will be ordered for you event.
