Thank you for your interest in dining with us. To help things flow well for you and the rest of our guests, we require a prix fixe menu for parties of 8 or more. This is priced at $55/pp (excluding taxes, gratuity and beverages) and consists of 2-3 courses of our menu's highlights chosen by you. The Prix Fixe Menu is $55/pp for 2-3 courses consisting of your selected items. We do it like the Midwest -- everything is served family style. Just let us know what you'd like and we'll make sure to send enough food and time it right!

The $55/pp prix fixe does not include beverages, desserts (these are a la carte), taxes or gratuity. We do apply a 20% gratuity for parties of 8 or more.

We'll give you a call shortly to finalize and ask for a credit card to hold the table. This is an inquiry form only and does not guarantee a reservation. Large party bookings are finalized over the phone on a first contact basis -- we leave message with callback info if you don't pickup.

For larger groups we typically ask for a 2-3 days prior cancellation timeframe. If you cancel after that or if no one shows up we charge $35/pp. We're not looking to charge anyone anything but do ask for enough time to rebook the table.
