Communication Announcement Request Form

Please complete this form to request an announcement to the Knights of Columbus Council via UKnight email, Facebook or another bulk send to a group. Priority is given to events which are hosted and sponsored by St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church Knights of Columbus #12942. All communications should be consistent across platforms. Therefore, bulletin announcements are often the starting point for my team to evaluate what additional platforms are needed for each communication. Also, for something to be on the monitors it must be communicated in the bulletin. Conversely, being in the bulletin doesn't guarantee Narthex TV exposure. There are exceptions when deadlines have crept up but those are rare exceptions. Attached are the current bulletin deadlines for 2024.

It's also important to note that Narthex monitors garner the attention of people arriving to church during the week (and Saturday during the day). Saturday evenings and the majority of the day on Sunday the monitors are broadcasting Mass.

Lastly, in order for graphics to appear on the monitors the artwork must be 1851x1041px. My team can assist in converting when original artwork is provided. My team is always happy to create artwork for any ministry programs just give us a good 6-8 week lead time.

Also, my team reserves the right to edit and modify any announcement to ensure it fits with St. Brendan branding and messaging.

The station reserves the right to determine if an event qualifies for on-air promotion.
