Blanched snowy white cauliflower florets are tossed in a classic mornay sauce of bechamel and cooper's sharp cheese. We then finish the dish topped with a light buttery herb crumb crust. VEG
SOUR CREAM CHEDDAR MASHED POTATOES - $11.95/qt
Simmered tender russet potatoes are mounted with local sour cream, mild cheddar, aromatic young spring onion, cream and butter. GF. VEG
BROWN SUGAR MASHED SWEET POTATOES - $12.95/qt
Red garnet sweet potatoes are salt roasted to intensify their flavor. We then rest, peel and mash them with a decadent potion of cream, brown sugar and butter then whip till smooth. GF. VEG
LEMON GARLIC ASPARAGUS - $14.95/qt
First of the season delicate jumbo asparagus poached to perfection and iced crisp. We then steep lemon zest and garlic in sweet butter to coat the asparagus only to finish with a light sprinkle of sea. GF. VEG

Blanched till tender local field carrots are then tossed sweet butter, salt, pepper and fresh chopped dill. GF. VEG
MIXED SPRING BERRY COBBLER - $12.95 ea
