Terms & Conditions:
1. Training must benefit both the individual and the Company.
2. Trainee must demonstrate how the training will improve service quality or contribute to team performance.
3. Trainee must share key takeaways in a knowledge-sharing session identified with L&D Manager and Clinic Manager.
4. Non-eligible training:
- Does not contribute to the advancement of ABA practice, leadership growth or not aligned with SEED’s vision, mission and core values.
- Conferences that do not include structured learning sessions (i.e., networking-only events).
- Certifications that do not align with ABA-based intervention services.
- Trainings with excessive costs that outweigh company benefits.
- Cost for travel and accommodation to attend training events.
5. Approval and disbursement process:
- Identify suitable training course.
- Pre-submission: Discuss with L&D Manager or Clinic Manager on content of training and identify a specific time for knowledge sharing session according to training content.
- Submit this form.
- Application will be reviewed for approval by L&D Manager based on relevance to company's goals, supervisor's professional growth plan and budget availability.
- L&D Manager approves / rejects within 3 working days.
- Supervisor receives email notification.
- Supervisor to submit claim via Infotech if approved, AFTER completion of the course, along with proof of payment and certificate of course completion.
- Knowledge sharing within 3-6 months.
