If I accept your submission, and once we agree on a date/time, a $100 deposit or $200 deposit for larger work will be taken to hold your spot. All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of setting a date, or the date will be released to the next person. I send all deposits through email by Square Invoice.
On the day of your appointment, please bring Cash or I can accept payment through the Zelle app. Card payments will be charged a 4.5% processing fee.
Drawings are not shown before your appointment time or started without an appointment scheduled, no exceptions. Small changes can be made on the day of your appointment but if the changes will take some time or you have additions that were not included on your form or not communicated before I start the drawing, you will be rescheduled to a new date and may need to leave an additional deposit, and in some cases for larger work pay a drawing fee.
Deposits:
• Nonrefundable and nontransferable- they cannot transfer to someone else and are for the design you submitted only. Design changes will require an additional drawing deposit that does not come off the final price.
• Deposits after 1 year, no exceptions.
•If you have multiple sessions, your deposit will come off of the last session's total.
If you need to reschedule your appointment to a new date, please do so by reaching out over email a minimum of 72-hours before your appointment time to safely transer your deposit. After your second reschedule, you will be asked to leave an additional deposit. Clients that reschedule less than 72-hours before their appointment will be required to leave a new deposit and lose their original deposit. If you are no longer able to get tattooed, the deposit will be kept by me for the scheduled appointment time and drawing time. If you reschedule on the day of your appointment, you will be asked to pay for 50% of the time you booked for before choosing a new date.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or if you test positive/have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID. Anyone who comes to the shop showing ANY symptoms (coughing, sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, etc.) will be asked to leave and reschedule over email.
Clients that arrive late will not have their appointment time extended and may be rescheduled to another date if arrival is over 20 minutes into the appointment time. You will be asked for another deposit when rescheduling if that is the case.
No Call, No Shows will forfeit their deposit, along with the design and they will not be scheduled again for future appointments or to continue their in progress work. This applies to touch-ups as well. If you can no longer make your appointment for any reason, just let me know!
