  • Credit Reset Service Agreement

  • This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Tlove Tax Preparation ("Provider"), located at 3201 Stellhorn Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46815, and the client   *   *   , for tax preparation services with Financial restore.

    1. Services: Provider shall provide tax preparation services and credit reset advice to the Client. Provider shall explain how credit reset works, the benefits of the service, as well as the potential negative effects on their credit score. Provider shall not guarantee any particular results, but will make every effort to assist the Client with credit reset.
    2. Fees: The fee for the credit reset service shall be $950 in total, payable in full before services commence. A retainer fee of $250 is required for all clients. The retainer fee is non-refundable, and non-reversible. If the Client chooses to cancel services, they will not receive a refund for the retainer fee.
    3. Payment: The Client may pay half of the total fee upfront ($250) and the remaining balance ($700) before Provider provides them with the necessary paperwork to submit to the court, or the full amount upfront. Total Cost $950 Payment may be made via cash, check or credit card. If paying via credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to the total amount.
    4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, Provider shall not be obligated to provide any further services and the Client shall not receive a refund for any fees paid.
    5. Confidentiality: Provider shall keep all information received from the Client confidential and shall not disclose any such information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by law.
    6. Disclaimer: Provider makes no guarantees or warranties as to the success of the credit reset services. Provider is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
    7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Provider and Client and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

     

    Confidentiality and Disclosure:

    I understand that the information contained in my tax return is confidential and may not be used for any other purposes, and that all documents will be shredded. T. Love Tax Service will not disclose to unaffiliated third parties any information collected in a manner that connects you with your personal information, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we have a good faith belief that the law requires it. We may also disclose collected information in certain cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with any of our rights or property, visitors, or anyone else. We may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.

    3. Payment: The Client may pay half of the total fee upfront ($250) and the remaining balance ($950) before Provider provides them with the necessary paperwork to submit to the court, or the full amount upfront.     4. Credit Counseling:

      Step 1: The first step in credit counseling is to obtain a certificate of completion for a credit counseling course. This course should be provided by a government-approved agency and can be completed online, by phone, or in-person. The certificate must be obtained before filing the paperwork, and it must be filed with the court as proof of completion.

      Step 2: Complete Second Counseling Session After Filing Paperwork
      After filing, individuals are required to complete a second counseling session within 14 days. This session is designed to help individuals develop a budget and financial plan for after the bankruptcy. The certificate of completion for this session must also be filed with the court as proof of completion.

    5. Annual Credit Report:

      After completing credit counseling, individuals must obtain a credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian) to ensure accuracy. To do this, they must request their annual credit report and it will be sent by mail. The phone number to request the reports is (877) 322-8228. The reports usually take 7 to 14 business days to be received.

      In summary, filing for bankruptcy on credit counseling requires individuals to complete two counseling sessions, obtain two certificates of completion, and obtain all three credit reports via mail. By following these steps, individuals can ensure that they are in compliance with US law and have the necessary information to make informed financial decisions.
