Ridge Baseball Club Financial Assistance Application

Ridge Baseball Club (RBC) provides financial assistance to players from low income families or families who have experienced sudden financial hardships. To be eligible for a RBC registration fee waiver, the family must:

1. (a) Qualify for free or reduced school lunch or be receiving assistance from another governmental program: food stamps, foster care, Medicaid or SSI, or (b) Be experiencing sudden financial hardship;

AND

2. Commit to the player attending 75% of scheduled practices & games.

If your player(s) meets the above guidelines and is eligible for this program, please fill out this application.

Ridge Baseball Club will endeavor to keep any information submitted in this application confidential and information will only be shared with RBC Board Members involved in determining if financial assistance should be provided. By signing this form, I am allowing agencies to exchange certain information so it will be easier for them to provide or coordinate this scholarship.

I understand that my player(s) participation in this program requires a commitment to attend a minimum of 75% of the scheduled practices and games and that failure to do so may cause a revocation of the financial assistance.
