SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Online submissions due for review: Sunday, April 16, 2023

Up to seven images can be submitted.

Images must be labeled Last Name_First Name_Title. (ex. Smith_John_Untitled1.jpg)

All work must be photography that is analog in capture, output, or both.

No work larger than 40" on a side.

FEES

Due at dropoff: $10 per work

25% commission of sales 

DROPOFF

Accepted work dropoff at Hardy and Nance Studios: Sunday, April 30, 2023, 12-2 pm; Monday, May 1, 5:30-7:30 pm. Delivery accepted through Door G entrance.

All accepted artwork must be wired and ready for hanging – no loose prints will be accepted. No watermarks should be on the images.

Work should be properly framed or at least heavy enough to stay put when wired. Please no super light weight frames, no items matted but with no frame, no work glued to paper with no frame. If you mat your framed work, please make it look finished and even or at least proportionate on all sides. If you skip the mat, please center the print with proportional spacing, or go edge to edge.

If you experience issues with the form not submitting, please double check that all required fields are filled out and that your image files sizes are 2MB or less. The most common reason for the form error is because the file sizes are too large.
